你说心跳要高吗?没问题啊。休息心跳低,运动可以去很高。我虽然四十几了,最高心跳210没有问题。这个只是普通跑步而已。
我应该是天生就很低,所以血压也是特别低,我爸爸家族有心脏病史。 体检的时候心电图是窦性心律不齐及过缓。 所以一直戴手表监测自己心跳。决定要开始增加有氧锻炼提高心肺功能是第一次检测睡眠心跳出现由2小时左右深度睡眠心跳才35,觉得有点害怕哪天醒不过来。。。

哇塞你这个幅度跨越真大啊。。。我静息心跳55左右,运动到超过175就很不舒服了,要放缓一点
可以试试加interval看你有没有漂亮的小锯齿。心率短短几十秒的起伏,升的快降的快才是健康有力的心脏。

其实看heart rate不是最好的metrics,要看heart rate variability
HRV目前手表上只有最新的苹果手表有。其他手表没有,要用胸带或者其他仪器,所以不是很方便测试。
我个人看过HRV测试,都是和自己以前的数据比较来判断人的压力。是不是看漏啥?没感觉到锻炼方面的用处。
可以买个app测 (hrv4training), 对比过跟watch差不多。心跳不止要慢,还要活泼。。

他不是去体检,是因为去急诊(已知病,就是要开点药那种),但因为心率,要上机器做全套检查,医生才见他开始诊断。 他遗传了他妈妈的,他妈妈六十时上了个议器帮助心跳,第一次设得太快,又得去医院设一次,老式的,可能做了两次手术。
我家有人也是这样。生来心率就低。看过中国美国不少医生,都说没事,是天生交感神经的工作频率如此。家族有点心脏方面的小毛病,但也没大事。现在一般都是40,50左右,有时候也会37,38。反正我挺担心的,不知道能做些什么。有氧锻炼一直都有的。

多种维生素一定要吃,矿物质没听说过需要特别吃啥,营养品不需要。得多吃淀粉类食物,毕竟消耗卡路里。
