请帮忙看看mammogram的结果

是不是很严重啊？看到那些clustered microcalcifications有些害怕 以后年检是不是应该直接要求做3d mammogram。如果dense 看不清，等于要做2次x光 Breast density: D - The breasts are extremely dense, which lowers the sensitivity of mammography. Findings: CAD was reviewed. There are increasing clustered microcalcifications in the inner right breast. There is subtle nodular asymmetry in the outer left breast (CC 12/18). The breasts are otherwise stable. Impression: Right breast clustered microcalcification. Left breast nodular asymmetry.BI-RADS 0 - Incomplete: Need Additional Imaging Evaluation Recommendation: Right breast diagnostic mammogram to include magnification views to better evaluate the nature number of right breast microcalcifications. Left breast diagnostic mammogram to include spot compression tomosynthesis evaluation followed by ultrasound At the discretion of the interpreting radiologist.

就是看不清楚需要补片子，做diagnostic mammo, 结果当场就可以出来. 大部分人都没事，放心

评级是0级，说明没看清，需要additional imaging，赶紧去做

我也是D，后来补做了个超声波，没啥事，医生建议我一年做两次，可是米国的超声波太贵了，走了保险还要了我400刀！ 我本来计划回国做的，因为疫情耽搁了。

医生再让去做一个3d x 光，还有超声波

就加照mag views
右边是micro calcification 只能加照mammogram, 压更紧 左边是nodular density加 照完mammo ， 可能需要超声波
但如果左边做超声波，右边也一起做了，since you are already here ：）

没事的。但要注意锻炼身体，保持心情愉快，不然有这个可能性。我的后来就发展为恶性的了，但发现的及时，暂时没事。

美国也是想做就可以做啊，最坏情况是保险不cover自费。
