现在又重新捡起来
这样就可以堵住很多SB的嘴了。每天感染人数高就要戴口罩，低就不用戴，这很难理解吗？
这个提议挺好的， 当初cdc说摘口罩也是大势所趋，但舆论没有准备好，应该要强调以后还有戴回来的可能性。特别是已经有数据delta那么厉害，south这么anti vax。 cdc说listen to science，但广大美国人民是听propaganda的。这点cdc错了。

对，CDC的确不是立法机构，但现在很多公司学校都是follow 它的guidelines 走的，这样改来改去真的很confused
