请教搬离佛州后车子牌照怎么处理？

最近跨州搬家离开佛州了，车子牌照换成当地的了，那么旧牌照要怎么处理呢？需要交还给佛州的dmv吗？ 还有一个问题，我之前车子停了六个月没开但是因为不懂就把保险给停了，后来才知道佛州不允许停保险，dmv就给我寄了个通知drive license suspension,然后才知道。那么就去交钱然后驾照也恢复了，可是在新地址准备重新买保险的时候找了几个经纪都说查到我的这个suspension记录保费就贵了好多！真的欲哭无泪，没文化真可怕，现在我该怎么办呢？如何消除这个记录啊？

停保险要把车牌交回dmv啊。。。。。。这虽不是常识也差不多了。。。

You will need to go a FL DMV office to go through a Florida license reinstatement process. ... You will need to know: Your driver license number. Social Security number and/or. Insurance policy number.
