Yeah, They are allowed to make mistakes.
For that particular reason, their guideline could just be used for suggestion purpose, not legal mandate.
The government officials can not force people to comply, and then declare the government is not responsible for the consequences since they are just trying out.
If the government does not know what it is doing, and is just trying out, that is called social experiment. The people have the right to refuse to participate..

目前疫情几乎就是以最不乐观的情况来走的，应该用最坏的情况来预测未来，才是正解。

Virus是新的，但呼吸道病毒并不是新的。既然没有人是expert，为什么FB要删除某些观点？

扯吧 再新不是在中国都好几个月了吗，戴口罩总知道吧 然后把试剂盒搞砸同时还不许UW用自己的试剂盒，非要用CDC统一的结果试剂盒迟迟不能到位 然后连病例统计都没有，抄一亩三分地上码农自己爬虫的数据 这些事情每一样都不是新的，就是无能还官僚
