可能还是钱没给够。
找外人，都会多估价些。其实只要过后质量过关，这些也可以睁一只眼闭一只眼。
我找的那些都是当地开了很多年的大公司，照样多估价很多不需要的零件，付的钱更贵些，但质量保证。我有次几年后窗户外面搞出个洞，他们warranty 帮我把这个窗户都给换了, 只是要等一个月左右。小公司，即使有执照，谁知道几年后跑哪，或者根本不接你的电话。（很久以前，用过朋友介绍的handyman, 照样不怎么样。）
所以自己做自己放心些，开始挑个小的目标，比如补个墙，换个松的插头，换个灯，换个水龙头， 慢慢的信心大了后，自己换个地毯，地砖，再往大了，浴室 （最主要防漏水），厨房柜子之类的。总之，自己做的越多自己信心就越足。
当然这有不少闲 DIY 麻烦的，比如时间花的太长，太脏，太累，就当耳边风得了。
