请问有最近做heloc的姐妹们，不知道利息是多少？

需要贷大概十万的钱，纠结是cash out还是heloc. cash out的利率是2.75%，我现在是2.625%。。 因为想着明年就还清，所以想要不还是heloc好了。不知道现在heloc的利息是多少? 另外有朋友推荐了hfcu.org，不知道有没有人用过。

我也想知道，heloc大概得4%吧。cash out得重新做贷款吧？ 我觉得heloc比较灵活，用的时候才借，大部分时候用不到

If all you need is 100K, take a look at first republic. I got a 100K personal line of credit without any collaterals several months ago. 10 year fixed at 2.25% for 7 years. Require direct deposit and you dont even need to own a house. I had to show them another banks statement and they do a credit pull and it took a week to get it approved.

貌似 cash-out refinance HELOC personal line of credit 都可以做到，后两者感觉更好？本身mortgage没有降低，借款也是借的时候才开始算利息，但缺点就是利息比较高
