怀孕了如果之前从来不运动突然开始剧烈运动是不应该的,这种每天都训练的运动员,身体早就习惯了
你意思是她怀孕也是习惯了? 让妇科医生看,这种行为就是脑残行为。孕中后期是禁止跑步的。
女方怀孕了也照跑不误,结果孩子很早就早产了,住了很久的icu. 幸好后来没事。
我也有个这样的同事哎,两口子都是运动健将,身体特好那种,结果孩子早产,两岁半才开始睡整觉,一直都比同龄人长得小,他们也是因为照顾早产儿太辛苦了,就生一个就再也不要生了。
玛雅,我家邻居也是,超喜欢锻炼,怀孕也没停,早产两个月。
你这个说法太扯了,我生之前一周还每天跑步半小时呢,孕妇又不是病人,更何况人家专业运动员了,跑个步算什么。而且别拿什么妇科医生出来说事,我的医生是我们这里有名的high risk ob,从来都说可以运动
你这种慢跑的运动,和竞技体育运动的强度根本不是一回事。

因为有些行走的子宫除了生孩子没有任何社会价值,所以理解不了人家准备了这么多年就是想参与一下的心情,他们不仅自己没有自我,还要求所有人都跟他们一样变成一堆肥肉
确实,我几年前也看到过有位外国的妈妈怀孕之前是教瑜伽的,怀孕后一直教到8个月还是9个月,她的肚子在7,8个月的时候从正面看完全不觉得她怀孕了.侧面好像4个月的样子.马甲线居然还能看到...佩服啊! 后来过了一段时间亚洲也有一位网红妈妈怀孕还一直坚持做瑜伽,也一样好好的.
其实孕妇就是剧烈运动没有关系,如果你一直都有运动的习惯,有些中国人从来不运动,就想象运动了小孩就有生命危险,还特别自信

这女的是参加竞技比赛,你和她能比?即使欧美,也是建议如果要跑,very slow pace。谨慎的人,最多散散步,快走就行了,非得跑? 我跑步十几年了。没亲眼见过一个挺着大肚子跑步的奇葩,你是头一个。快走10分左右每公里的都没见过。孕妇散步的很多。 而且孕中后期,剧烈运动会导致早产,这在哪都是常识。尤其是体质差和有妇科病的女性。就那么几个月,不跑会死吗? 你才太扯。误导别人
早产儿先天发育不足,本来可以足月出生,碰到这种脑残的父母,也是郁闷。

废话。而且第一句开门见山就说了,善意的亲友都会提醒避免跑步。
美国的产妇还吃冰洗头呢,敢问你吃吗洗吗。你跑你的就完了,没人拦着你。我常年跑步,国内外从来没见过大肚子孕妇跑步的,想想就滑稽无知。反正早产受罪的是婴儿,不是脑残的生娃的那个。无知又自私。
我怀孕的时候专门上了孕期瑜伽班。其实肚子大了,对骨头会有影响,做做适当的瑜伽拉伸一下调节情绪挺好的。过于剧烈的竞赛运动感觉不大合适。
