有最近做purchase mortgage的同学吗？

像30 year fixed, or 15 year fixed, conventional loan, 大家的利率大概多少？

这个不好比的吧，有点没点的有rebate没rebate差很多呢。

我一个月前锁的：无点， 30 年 2.75%， 15年 2.25% 贷款额 40万

30年 2.625% no cost refi
