有谁知道 umbrella insurance 里的 fuel oil exclusion 是干什么用的吗？

今天刚注意到这个exclusion. 问了insurance agent, 但只告诉了我字面的解释
“In regards to the “Fuel Oil Exclusion,” what this states is that we do not provide any coverage under this policy for any loss arising out of the actual, alleged or threatened discharge, seepage, leakage, migration, dispersal, spill, release, emission, escape, leaching or disposal of fuel oil.”
Google 了一会儿也没搞明白为什么专有这个exclusion。有谁知道吗？

就是不保漏油损失。漏油麻烦，特别有环境污染，要报告给Town里来检测和清理，花个几万块很常见。 实在不放心就专门买个Oil damage 保险。不过对大部分人来说，Insurance is for suckers, 就是浪费钱，但花钱买心安。

那种underground的会漏，楼主家应该没这个东西吧？所以你不知道

我们这边heating 大部分是natural gas。我知道东部heating 有不少用oil ，但是不知道漏油是个serious concern 以至于保险公司要单独拎出来exclude掉。
