公司开支大了,大家分担,有啥不公平的?
wfh省了油费省了赶交通的时间省了置装费还可以兼顾家务照料孩子,这对那些on site的也不公平啊
WFH为公司省了电费水费网费,减轻后勤压力
这个也就员工自己吹吹, 实际什么样子,大家都WFH过, 谁不知道咋回事捏
员工怎么省钱是员工的事儿,关公司什么事儿。 公司唯一在乎的应该是员工的productivity.
否则, car pool上班的员工是不是要减薪,中午带饭而不是买饭的员工是不是也要减薪????

我也觉得是这个道理,那住得近的油钱还少呢,工资就减? 工资本来就是跟着工作成果走的。
