加拿大航空refundable机票居然是退现金券？

爸妈这个月来美国，我买了加拿大可以refundable的返程机票，花了我7k+。后来申请refund我还特意选的退现金。今天收到信，居然退给我们现金券voucher。网上查看说只有四月之前买的机票退的现金券才能变现。真的这么无赖的吗？当初买机票的时候到处都没有看到refundable的term。没想到加航这么黑啊？我等下电话之前来问问大家有没有经历过

网上查了一下说没有有效期，还能买卖变现。但是我哪有时间去网上卖现金券

you probably need to talk to Air Candana directly and request a cash refund (convert the voucher to cash), provided your tickets are fully refundable. They probably made a mistake. Fully refundable tickets can be refunded even after the flight date in the U.S. as they cost 2 to 3 times as the discounted tickets.

我们疫情前买的去度假机票也是退劵，一年多了到现在还没有用上呢
