We will proceed until you tell us to stop – as this is in your best interest from a timing perspective. Not many remote lenders will likely be able to meet the closing date requirement. If you get another offer you feel is more competitive, please feel free to contact me and forward the written estimate for review.

Closing fee有一半是下个月的mortgage payment，地税和保险，这些如果当地贵的话也没啥办法吧。
