我们如果可以放DEPOSITS 的话,7arm可以2.375,JUMBO LOAN REFINANCE

只报利率不报LTV的都没有意义。 楼主的LTV肯定小于70%,说不定只有50% jumbo能做到那么低的LTV,要么就是买了几年了要么就是首付很多, 未必很多今年或者去年刚买的都能qualify的。

15fixed本来就比30fixed低
大额贷款30fix肯定是利率最高的,因为数额大时间长所以风险高啊

这个利率根本就是羊毛出自羊身上 低利率的closing fee高,跟保险的deductible一个意思
