Once you’ve set your language, do NOT choose Option 1 (regarding refund info). Choose option 2 for “Personal Income Tax” instead. Next, press 1 for “form, tax history, or payment”. Next, press 3 “for all other questions.” Next, press 2 “for all other questions.” When the system asks you to enter your SSN or EIN to access your account information, do NOT enter anything. 打local irs office 试试。 我上周先打的800，打不通，然后打了我家郊区的irs office，也没人接。最后打到附近"大“城市的irs 办公室，就有人接了。不过问题没解决，叫我耐心等待。

不停的打能打通外加断线2次，至少要1个小时.

我昨天下午3点多打了一次说太忙让我第二天再打，等了半个小时打通了说等待时间30+分钟但可以留号码打过来，30分钟左右就打回来了

打的通，你就需要一直等着。打通之后事情还挺好解决的。我们经常被irs来信骚扰，都太熟悉流程了
