点点儿外卖换换口味呢?比如餐馆的炸猪排,照烧三文鱼我家孩子挺爱吃,不过每周也只能吃一次。糖醋排骨西红柿炒鸡蛋这样酸甜口的试试,奶酪酸奶试试,补充点儿幼儿维生素啥的,草地上野餐试试。我家孩子也偏轻偏矮,老二一直瘦小,现在三岁多点儿差不多94厘米,孩子爸爸说我一年不让孩子去daycare耽误了孩子长十厘米,说老二三岁了腿还不直还有点儿罗圈。。。我这亚历山大,得,快点儿把她送托儿所得了。其实我自己对身高体重没那么焦虑,但是呢,感觉负不起这耽误了孩子的责任。我想厨艺还是有关系的,小孩子不可口的或吃腻的他们就是不吃。
问一下,现在大夏天需要补vd吗?我一般冬天給吃点,夏天不给。

那三岁时候还挺高的 我们也百分比很小 而且睡渣 三到三岁八个月长了七八厘米 主要是恢复上dc以后长的 在家时候虽然也每天运动但是长得非常缓慢 四岁多高有50%呢? 娃睡觉怎样?要多吃肉 尤其牛肉 多吃cheese 多玩playground... 也不要太焦虑了 你在女生里算很高啦以后娃不会矮的 男孩子可能晚长 同龄女孩子很多都高出一大截……
严重同意厨艺这一点。我自己做的东西,再好吃娃都会吃腻,我就换一个cuisine,这时外卖是个很好的帮手。

是的,就是吃的不多。养成了不好的习惯了。吃吃跑调,玩乐高,看书啥的。

我也真的觉得在家里就是不行啊。缺少各方面的刺激,为了多疫情耽误了孩子了。憋的不长。所以,打算冒险送summer camp了。

娃睡觉也是个问题,以前都午睡的,但是自从我怀了他妹妹,就没有时间照顾他了,不陪睡午觉了,别人也哄不睡他。他就一年多没睡午觉了。晚上也睡的偏晚,每天晚上九点开始刷牙读书啥的routine,等睡着了都快十点了。早上七八点起来。总体睡的不多。
这个运动量很大啊!羡慕家长好精力带娃做这么多运动!
