怀孕三个月有yeast infection 要紧吗？

怀孕第一个trimester有yeast infection。 医生给了一种cream，要每晚涂连续一个星期。但我上网看了下，那种cream好像不推荐第一个trimester用。再过一个礼拜就到second trimester了，我在想一个礼拜后再开始用。但不知道yeast infection不及时治的话对胎儿有没有影响？

我的yeast infection涂otc药膏，吃配方药一直复发或者治不好。 后来医生让我吃probiatic，我就吃酸奶，然后就一年没发过。
