不要越级办事，英文怎么说？

比如秘书要通知另外组的一个组员做个事情。虽然是大老板要求的，也要先和人家manager打个招呼。或者突然有个会议，需要通知另外一个大老板，需要通知他的秘书先。这样的事、想和秘书说，不要越级办事，按着hierarchy。英文怎么表达呢

其实用 don't bypass sb 也就可以。简单又好理解
