关于月经，从何算起？

第一天有点spotting，第二天有点spotting，今天第三天正常流量，请问那月经算三天了还是一天了？ 因为要做记录为了测排卵，app要求记录，但是我不知道第一天是从full flow还是spotting算起？ 谢谢姐妹，WSN请保持安静。

曾经有个OB跟我说过，从第一天有鲜血算第一天（更准确的还说是下午4点前有鲜血算第一天），spotting不算。
