I wonder how many people secretly feel this way but are too scared to stand up. I've moved to California from China in 2016, the year of my high school sophomore year, and I agree to every single thing that she said. I didn't quite feel the toxic side of the liberals until the last year of high school, and now as a college student, I am trying to speak against all these woke crap that I've been so fed up with. So I turned in one essay for my French composition class last year, pointing out that political correctness harms all groups, black yellow white brown all alike, and I got a C-. This quarter, I turned in another French essay making the argument that systematic racism in America is a myth, and I got a F. Both instructors emphasized that my poor grade had nothing to do with my political view, but was solely due to poor grammar, bad syntax, weak arguments, and etc. But surprisingly, all my other essays have a average score around 90%. I don't know how far I can keep doing this, but I don't see me muting myself, and I am willing to take another F for speaking the truth that I believe in. I am considering to become a teacher in the future, and the atmosphere of California does worry me a lot. Lots of people said that I should go to a private school, but I think though the school districts may suck, the majority of students who attend to public schools still deserve a chance to hear a different voice, and the optimistic side of me still hope there are more people out there who feel the same way that I do. Seeing this mother calls the education board out is truly encouraging to me. If she can do that in New York, then I shall stick to my path in CA as well.

“”就说你不去考虑什么种族，而不是界定少数族裔弱势群体然后去帮助他“” 这个idea很新鲜吗，华人不是一直就推gender blind，race blind的说法吗，中东人说出来就比华人说的好吗 问题就是，有一些种族是表面能看出来的，没法race blind，大街上看你脸，就问where are you from，你管不住人家的脑子啊 举个例子，面试的时候不许提男女，写report也不许用性别，问题你看见人还不知道吗，蒙头面试吗？所有的stereotype还是会一样在你脑子里面的。。。同样硬性资格下，男的评价还是比女的高。。。长的漂亮的还是比长的丑的评价高，个子高的还是比个子矮的评价高。。。。难道打断腿面试去吗

这妈妈比版上的言论不知高到哪去了。 不是说“黑人都是流氓”所以反对BLM，而是说学校不应该给学生灌输这些一边倒的政治观点。
啥时候版上大多数人也会这么frame自己的政治观点，而不是赤裸裸的racist，华人从政可能也就有希望了。
的确，要好好学习怎样才能有理有节的表达，我们这有次G&T的辩论，说要取消考试，多收black和brown，结果一个华人大妈说这样是在惩罚努力的人，奖励不努力的懒人，马上就被人反攻是racist，你高人一等只有你的孩子努力，别人家的孩子就是懒，她的表达的确欠妥

问题就是，有一些种族是表面能看出来的，没法race blind，大街上看你脸，就问where are you from，你管不住人家的脑子啊
