既然疫苗是国家政府掏钱，而且记得去年美国政府还掏了钱帮助研发，那么整体看来是政府付钱
理论上来讲，政府不产生任何价值，只能通过税收，那么这样看来是不是盈利等同于从税收而来啊？
既然是这样，那如果打疫苗造成人身疾病，是自己保险承担还是疫苗厂家或者政府赔付呢？

这次疫苗是保险出血，政府兜底。就是说你自己有保险的话，是保险公司出钱让你打，没保险的政府兜底。
当然羊毛出在羊身上，无论是保险出血，还是政府兜底，最终都在你身上弄回来，通过涨保费和涨税。
你的保险公司付了
那就是政府付了，就是tax payers给付了。
应该是政府出钱从厂家买的疫苗，然后政府把它分发给群众！
P家大业大，不过疫苗收入也让其一季度营收暴增77%。股价没动静估计盘子太大，还没反应过来，很多人怕是一锤子买卖。如果下个季度继续营收维持暴增，那么应该就有反应了。我认为中长期看好，这次疫苗P家得了实惠也得了声誉，对公司前景不可能没有好的影响。
这个有一定道理，但是我感觉，疫苗公司一定是盈利的，比如将来卖给其他国家，肯定不会亏本卖
就是因为疫苗是投入大、不挣钱的。所以药厂一般都不愿意做。这时候就得政府提供incentives.
疫苗的公共卫生和健康效益很高很高。仅次于干净的空气、水、和食物。越是基础的、重要的东西、越不能charge 很高啊！但是这些都需要持久的投入。
