大量清水冲洗，然后冰敷/芦荟gel（晒后镇定皮肤那种）/保湿舒缓面膜试试？
面膜之后洗的时候觉得腻歪，不知道楼主一开始做的啥面膜？除非是清洁面膜，否则很多面膜本来就不需要洗（使用说明上就是棉片擦掉残留）或者洗的那么干净啊。
