我们这边有个从小在夏威夷长大的,据说他们那好像没这东西,至少不是当地特产
wiki上说的。因为安大略餐馆用了夏威夷菠萝罐头。 披萨不是夏威夷人感兴趣食物,当地人不会花时间去研究夏威夷口味。那么热地方,谁吃滚烫出炉的面饼。 只有冷的地方冬天想着去夏威夷度假,才有奇想发明夏威夷口味。
肉还没熟,蔬菜都焦了。这是传统pizza不放蔬菜原因。碳化温度不同。

这是很少我接受的。。。我不喜欢pizza,在小公司做的时候公司老提供pizza,大部分我觉得太咸(我本身吃得很淡),淀粉比重太高。这个薄饼,蔬菜又是生的,就比较对味。以前California pizza kitchen有过一种烤鸭pizza,我把酱刮掉一些就还蛮喜欢的。
不建议多吃,每周吃一两次就好。Panera Bread 的margherita flatbread pizza不错,西红柿加cheese 挺好吃的,我不爱吃pizza的人都喜欢
我偷懒的时候就用超市买的naan bread上面涂pasta sauce,加芝士和剩下的鸡肉块烤一烤。另外蒸个蔬菜。我家孩子吃得津津有味,没抱怨比外面的差。whole foods有whole wheat naan。
Pizza Hut的盐很高?我没觉得咸呀
除了腌肉外,孩子只要不是顿顿吃这些没问题,长身体需要这些,尤其是运动量大的孩子。真不能拿3、40岁的人跟10来岁孩子比。
我觉得pizza很好 快 孩子爱吃。觉得小娃的需求跟大人不一样 碳水蛋白质需求比较大。不要拿大人所谓的健康食谱要求他们
长期吃会看到结果的,身体健康除了遗传就是跟每天吃下去的东西有关,每一口都count, 不担心结果的随便吃呗

前面说烤皮就20分钟的,可以改变一下观念了 披萨不怕高温,打到烤箱最高档250摄氏度。烤10来分钟就好了。更讲究点的先烤皮,再放菜。我都是一股脑放好一次烤好。
面皮下放那个粗粒面粉 topping先刷番茄浓缩酱和橄榄油(大人的加辣酱) 再放一层薄奶酪碎 放上好的烤鸡肉片,红椒粒 一层奶酪 最后mozzarella点缀(先控水比较好)也可以点缀cream cheese
我们大人吃的是纯素
孩子们可以再来个新鲜胡萝卜或者生菜沙拉叶子来平衡

cheese还好,pepperoni是processed food,少吃会好点。单论pizza并没有什么不好,出了碳水化合物会多一点,但对小孩子问题不大吧。trader’s Joe 有organic pizza,lz可以买点。那边还有French Pizza, 也不错。如果你想他多吃蔬菜,Costco有那种organic veg pizza,似乎也不错

是的,快餐店的pizza大多不健康。盐分很高。看下面链接。
自己做,如果已经有饼了,放个topping烤烤其实真的很省事的,比你打电话order外卖可能还快。我家孩子小,两个孩子的量就用一张naan,让他们自己放topping 然后放toaster烤个5-8分钟就OK了。另外,我一周烤一次挺大量的鸡腿肉。这样烤pizza,炒饭、做面条、夹饼、沙拉都可以用上。加鸡腿肉的topping比单纯用芝士要健康些。
