exactly 理论上hate crime只是政治用语，对应刑法应该是无差别犯罪或者恐怖犯罪，当然我说的是正常人思维 有些人一提到种族就神经错乱不在此列。
我记得以前看过一张图，是比较暴力犯罪的施害者和受害者的种族。比如非裔犯罪分子的受害者当中，有多少是非裔，多少白人，多少亚裔等等。刚才试图搜了一下，没有找到。现在政治正确的大潮下，这样的数据可能不好找了。
最終目的當然是保護亞裔，保護華裔，保護自己 但是要先弄清楚情況 你說的當然有道理，但區分動機，對采取更有傚更有針對性的措施改善情況，也具有一定指導意義 因爲動機不同，解決問題的方法不同 譬如，如果是由於社會經濟等因素，導致某個族群犯罪率高，那麽更多需要解決這個族群的發展問題（譬如當年南京的普方慈善基金會） 譬如，如果是因爲受到蠱惑或無知而導致的犯罪，更多需要解決這個族群的認知問題 如果完全generalize, 那麽你的問題，還可以generalize成所有暴力案件，而不是亞裔作爲受害人的暴力案件了 瞭解asian hate，就是瞭解爲什麽是針對亞裔的犯罪，而不是針對所有移民、或者所有富有階層、或者沒有任何針對性的犯罪，這個意義是不同的 很多時候，問題解決無法一蹴而就，需要分解，一個一個解決 減少整個社會的犯罪率，減少亞裔受害者的犯罪率，都是很大的問題 但是，減少因爲asian hate的犯罪率，範圍就小很多，相對就容易解決一些 所以你説的數據當然有意義，但做更細分類的研究，也有它的意義
先瞭解問題，尋找事實，再建立觀點，尋求辦法 沒有主題先行 簡單一句就是，大叔閑得無聊找事

我们这里大学的几个亚裔教授还做个统计，数据是媒体report的针对亚裔的hate crime，那个数据90%是白人。。。不少人还居然用这个数据来说明大部分对亚裔的hate crime是白人干的。用manipulate数据来欺骗普通群众太容易了。
呵呵，如果政治正确的大潮找不到的图，很明显就知道是什么种族仇恨亚裔了
自己心裏明白，不從衆恐慌就行（有點像炒股）。 偶爾和周圍的人討論的時候，可以利用自己找到的數據進行一些比較理性的探討。
從科研角度來説 數據當然極有可能會被manipulated 我們仍然需要對manipulated數據進行研究，否則就陷入不可知論了 只是，增加一項，對manipulate的因素的分析，討論，如何控制和改進，或者對數據進行某些處理 同時，會對根據manipulated的數據得出的結論，持有保留意見 如果因爲數據被manipulated，就要支持反方結論，這本身似乎也有問題
