转!哪怕是十八线码农,工资也至少有10万,还可以WFH。我认识火坑行业(生化)的phd,哪怕钱不少,很少有full time remote的机会,多多少少要去一下实验室,哪怕平时自己不用做bench work了,还是得去实验室train technician,要不他们实验做错了还是影响自己的project,哪像码农一样可以在夏威夷晒着太阳工资照拿。

The candidate market is getting slammed with emails from recruiters. Across the board, recruiters are seeing fewer responses than they're used to 3. Active candidates are getting swept up within 2-3 weeks offer to close 4. Candidates have between 5-10 offers and are taking the highest pay, despite many other motivators 5. Massive salary inflation. Desperation stinks, companies are buying talent and overpaying to win 6. Speed wins. If you have take-home tests, online coding interviews, or multiple-step processes, you will lose 7. Having the same hiring, interview, offer/comp strategy as the market...you will lose 8. If you're cheap... you will lose 9. If you over interview candidates... you will lose 10. My honest advice, hire fast, fire faster

能不能综合分析一下转码的好处,比如工作地点,氛围,薪资,上升空间等等...不要光是工资高就非得转码,但是工资高,寿命短怎么办?

被裁的有很多大企业IT support老年马公,不是IT公司,在市场上没竞争力。

跳槽绝对比转码经历的艰辛少多了。。。。。
马工的专业分布是非常广的。除非你已经有一个特别感兴趣的方向,不然茫茫马工行业,你随便找一个别人推荐的,也不知道将来的发展,也不知道竞争如何,真的是瞎子摸象。
我个人看好engineering,没必要放弃自己的专业。如果想赚钱,可以发展副业。
