FINDINGS: Postsurgical changes of right parietal craniotomy and resection of the right parietal glioblastoma. Since 3/16/2021, new reduced diffusion in area of tumor along the splenium the corpus callosum (series 350 image 48-53). Similar FLAIR signal abnormality and nodular enhancement surrounding the right parietal resection cavity, periatrial white matter, cingulate gyrus, precuneus and hippocampal commissure. Similar elevated cerebral perfusion along the medial right precuneus. Decreased vasogenic edema in the right cerebral hemisphere with decreased mass effect on the right lateral ventricle. IMPRESSION: Since 3/16/2021, similar masslike FLAIR signal abnormality and enhancement in the right parietal lobe, surrounding the resection cavity with new reduced diffusion along the splenium of the corpus callosum, which may be related to Avastin effect. Decreased vasogenic edema and mass effect in the right cerebral hemisphere with decreased mass effect on the right lateral ventricle.

不是。有些新的变化但是可能是Avastin起的作用，而且周围脑水肿跟脑室压迫有好转
请问一下，new reduced diffusion 是指有新的瘤长出来吗？
不一定，单拎出来说脑部肿瘤的restricted diffusion 有可能是癌细胞或者是药物或放射治疗作用，但是还需要结合是否有强化(enhancement)和elevated perfusion 再作进一步判定。看报告有new restricted diffusion的地方没有提及其他，尤其没有强调有elevated perfusion。结合病人最近使用过Avastin，医生更倾向于是Avastin的疗效。这个还需要多次MRI复查观察变化。具体安排可以跟你的医生讨论。就目前报告来看情况是好转的。
这个瘤只要还在就可能引起癫痫，不一定要恶化才诱发。就好比电脑里的电路，只要洒了水就可能短路，不管水多水少
