你这一天两三次的用，和别人一周两三次的用也不一样啊。 我家的两个都是大概用1000次吧，钢材变形了漏气，3到5年。
嗯你要这么算按次数也差不多是一千次，但我没买电饭煲，一天三顿的主食粥饭都指望它，还指望每天正餐出一两道肉菜，就得用这么多次啊……总不能供着不用吧囧
你这么一说倒是有道理 我家唯二两个超过一年半的, 就是买了俩同时用的那两个 这么算估计对于一月用两三次的同学可以撑上三十年
楼主的三十次还是有点夸张噢 不过我也经常煮汤加到max，第一次听说只能放一半的
你要严格按照说明书的要求来使用，注意清理不锈钢内胆底部不要沾有食物，水，否则会短路。
其次，就算是坏了插电没有任何反应，也可能只是内部保险丝烧断了， 打开底部的盖子，检查并更换保险管。如果电路板都烧焦了，那真是彻底用坏了。那就要换电路板或者板上零部件了。我修过面包机，吸尘器，除草机，微波炉，都大同小异。
我用它煲汤都放到max没问题，煮粥就不清楚了。。。
客服的意思是说你内胆底部没擦干净就放进去了，现在导致接触不良。以后注意点就行，每次内胆洗干净用干毛巾擦干水分再放进去。我的用了快十年了，每天都用，正常情况不应该这么快就坏
