为什么学免疫的人不敢打针？
治疗癌症的和covid vaccine包裹的不是同一个序列。对covid vaccine最初的concern是外包裹LNP的immunogenicity，还有mRNA作为一种新的therapy长时间带来的影响的不确定性。mRNA therapy是一类therapy，不是单一的一种，就跟你吃的小分子药物，治啥病的都有，每个都是不一样的。

其实我并不觉得这种好消息对疫苗是真的好消息 。有可能通过这次大型疫苗接种带来医学进步，但这得是在人们能够控制事情发展方向的情况下。现在这样完全就是黑盒子，每个人反应都不一样，好或不好，这种uncertainty绝不是疫苗应有的效果。

你看文章了吗，这个说的是得了covid癌症没了。想justify疫苗也不带这样的。谁也不会为了治癌症特意去得covid吧。同样，我们也不能因为有可能杀死癌细胞而去打疫苗 。 其实这正是mrna被担心的autoimmune问题的另一个方向的展现 。杀死癌细胞是好的副作用，杀死正常细胞不就是人体的损失了吗？谁能说的准免疫系统就能恰到好处的杀掉不好的细胞，而保留好的细胞，或仅有无关痛痒的影响？
找到明确的mechanism就是prove of concept也就是你说的causality。

本来mrna研究就是用于癌症的。。。
这个是真的。我妈妈就是确诊惰性淋巴瘤八年都没采取任何‘治疗’，生活质量很高，并且肿瘤并没有怎么发展。。后来有其他方面更急性的才化疗。，
淋巴癌是这样的。很多种。霍奇金非霍奇金，急性，惰性。要不是我妈妈得过我也完全不了解
