DBA 和财会没关系吧。
银行财会的软件（暂且这么说吧），界面类似于dos，内部人员用这个处理数据； 但银行的顾客，一般会通过网站，提交app, 各种loan,lease啥的，这部分使用的数据库，只是一定时间与财会软件同步
现在许多小银行直接这两部分直接用sales force 了，能节省不少成本
