看了版上加拿大和欧洲的同学的介绍后,感觉美国真是女人当男人用,男人当牲口用,用完压榨完拉倒。全要靠自己!
不一样的,现在是加强版,要求的更细致了,更孕妇友好了。
连不让提重物还要立法通过啊。。。。。
国内孕妇都跟大熊猫似的,一怀孕就都请假不上班了。。。
公平的方法是,给男女同样的待遇和产假,怀孕了,那老公老婆都回家去休息。
当然最终就是变成欧洲一样,福利越来越好,人越来越懒,生育率越来越低,最后一起完蛋。

怀孕和哺乳期,国家给补贴也没有用啊
女的总归不干活儿吧。。。那公司就得招人。。。招的人就得培训,过一阵子还得解雇
干嘛不直接招一个男的省事儿多了
所以不光要给补贴,女的休产假男的必须也休假,孕期女的少干活,男的也必须少干活,否则肯定公司还是会有偏向的,问题是这可能吗?
当年反童工,反8小时,反工会,反osha都是这套逻辑,“xxx通过了行业就完了,你工作就没了”

简直是太过分了 真心愤怒
这经历真的是太糟糕了!还有这种缺德同事。其实HR都是不敢不提供breastfeeding room的。法律规定2人以上,50万营业额(不是profit)以上的公司,就必须提供private breastfeeding room。但是这种缺德无耻的同事,真是叫人开眼界了。我们公司泵奶的房间空着都没男的进去,只是有时候其他泵奶妈妈不按照预约着急插队,虽然要是赶开会时候遇到也有点烦,但基本还能互相理解
非常理解。我出差去某大地方,那么体面一个地方没有nursing room,我只能站着在厕所里pump,后来进来一个人,她出去又回来了,拖了一张凳子给我。我感激的都要😭了。 我自己那里,我当初提出弄个nursing room,且不说第一个抬出来反对的是个女的,她的理由居然是,你不是自己有单独office还要求这个?come on,你就asumme这里没其他女的了、人人都有单独office、还是没人生孩子需要pump?我那时还是nobody,真是想不到弄个nursing room还要搞得跟特批直辖市一样,到处persuade。一言难尽,美国这个对working moms的不友好真的是做的太过分。
