我觉得大部分报道都acknowlege了40W这个数字远小于实际吧。。。 印度人自己也清楚 = =

别的国家咱不担心，人家压根从来不信印度人的数据。
这些都是从印度返回澳大利亚的澳大利亚人。美国一直都没有禁美国人从印度返美吧？

解禁的是澳大利亚公民。当时澳大利亚对公民禁航还被嘲笑了。我觉得再怎么样，也不应该不让公民回国。
