我喜欢essential pan的锅型,底宽可摊饼、煎鱼,锅壁高可以卤煮,炒菜时菜也不容易飞出锅。All Clad不锈钢质量杠杠的,Calphalon可以入烤箱,适合表面煎焦黄再进烤箱的菜
