前面人家说的是对的，狗不清楚的话找个cpa自己咨询下就知道了，cash out refi的interest不能作为cost来抵投资房房租收入的。
对于手里有 cash 的或者能借到的，可以用cash 抢房子，然后再去做房贷？注意不是做home equity loan, 那种利率很高。而是正常房贷。
