这个我还真不懂，有懂的mm来说说。因为我也胖，也有这方面担心。总觉得一个100磅的人需要多少剂量，我这种接近200磅的应该需要更多的剂量才对。。。

一般来说，打疫苗不是必须发烧。有的发烧属正常反应，
确实绝大部分人都没啥反应，或者也就是一片Tylenol的反应。不过在我认识的人里确实有一人的反应是真的比较严重的，主要是因为以前患有一种极为少见的病。所以如果本身患有比较古怪病的人（比例很小），要小心。我还没听说有健康的人有重大反应。
估计是打的针存贮环节没做好失效了
要看体重是不是影响药物在体内exposure 的significant covariate。如果不是，一般用flat dose。如果是，一般用BW adjusted dose.
我LG也是，连胳膊都几乎不疼。我和大娃都是胳膊疼，一天后反应消失。
我们组的同事有十来个都打了，还没听到没人没发烧的。
