不是运动，就是花粉过敏引起的。喘的时候第一次去医生打针有效，后来又沒效了。曾经也做过脱敏，吃当地蜂蜜无多大效果。这几年用了喷鼻子加偶尔一粒过敏药完全不喘了，非常好👍所以一定要试试喷鼻子的那个，对我两个人都非常有效。
