同事之间讨论工资受法律保护,公司的政策没有任何法理依据。当然有人又要说了,"private sector公司找借口开除你轻而易举”。That's true,但是大家不要被公司的规定吓破了胆,有策略的隐蔽的在同事comfortable的情况下讨论工资对自己百利而无一害。
