怎麽寫郵件詢問產假

別笑我,職場新人,寫郵件有時候得反復琢磨詞句。
和經理不算熟, 閑聊過幾次而已,我準備寫以下,各位看看合不合適,主要告知我需要產假和詢問怎麽請假。
”I think it's the time to share this good news! I will become a Mother of a boy in this August. And Yes I am pregnant and is due mid of Aug if everything goes well. Therefore I think I would need a maternity leave in the August. Please let me know your available time this week or next week. I just have couple questions about the policy. I can swing by or we can talk over xxx..."

而且写了英文以后又切换成简体,说明手机里是有简体的,也会简体的....
取名真的好难啊

policy一般可以问hr呀,不过需要告诉经理怀孕和大概的产假时间

先查公司员工手册看怎么说。 给顶头上司写信说自己怀孕的消息,并说先check HR后再和上司说自己的产假计划。

你跟老板没有定期one on one吗?最好当面说吧。一般老板也不知道具体的,会让你找人事部。还可以问有经验的同事。

政策问题首选问hr,当然我默认基本信息你已经读过policy,你的manager如果不是在你们公司经历了怀孕生娃搞不好也不是特别门清一些细节,具体工作安排交接这些和你manager商量。

電腦上是繁體,手機是簡體,就是個選項。。。 繁體字還挺好看的

先当面和你的直接manager说,你的manager会告诉你公司policy或者他会去了解一下

楼主肯定新人。哈哈。首先查公司政策,不懂问HR。manager 口头通知,就是平时1对l时候说,说的时候大概提及什么时候会开始请产假,以及多久。

對的,讀了,就是還沒有宣佈,然後也有些表格不知道在哪找。我們的hr都是推給manager的,hr基本不管個人的事,只有manager搞不懂才會找hr的representive

提前几个月跟老板说下自己已经怀孕 然后会休产假就好了 其他的找HR沟通啊 老板又不一定懂公司的policy

我有两个manager,一个是director一个是principal,平时开会都是远程组会没有1对1,virtual没法当面讲,就群发了一封邮件,cc给HR。
I'm excited to announce that we're expecting a baby in xxx [month]. While preparing for the arrival of a newborn at home, I recognize this will also affect the work plans for our team. I hope this early notice would leave us plenty of time to make arrangement accordingly. Here are some details and my tentative plans.  (1) [About due date, and whether or not you plan to take any time off during pregnancy]. (2) [About maternity leave. This is where you ask about your company's policy].  My understanding after reading employee handbook is, - correct me if I'm wrong, that I'm entitled to xxx (your maternity benefits). Perhaps xxx (HR) and I could have a talk in private and fix some details. (3) [About your current project and your plans before/after maternity leave. If it involves other colleagues or collaborators, make a detailed list on which part of your work needs to be transferred/taken over, and suggest a reasonable timeline to make it happen].
I hope this is helpful. If there're any concerns or issues that I'm unaware of, please let me know. Meanwhile, I'll keep you all updated and do my best to meet our goals. 
老板回复之后,就可以单独跟HR具体谈了。Good luck!

感謝!發完郵件才看到你這個,寫得很好啊。 Manager回復了說恭喜,然後約時間聊! 自己瞎緊張了,看來她處理過挺多了。

邮件里面为什么会有那些 “I think...”出现。这封邮件感觉像口头叙述。
