因为不喜当前领导和skip lead想内部换组，被问及换组理由时，如何说会比较好？ 背景：空降过来的skip lead很agresssive, 估计是想好好表现升职，当前lead是peer升上去的，没有leadership，不懂体恤手下，只知道强制执行他的lead的意愿。 组里的能人被压迫的已经都走的差不多了。

Growth opportunity , skill development , interested in the project...never bad mouth your boss or boss’s boss. HM knows you are bullshiting or white lie but they will appreciate your courtesy as they will be your ex-boss one day. Truth is in the eye’s beholder.
