After tax 401k 的钱能转到pre tax吗？

我公司允许mega backdoor. 最近发bonus想着放点after tax 401k，结果昏头没想清楚，放的太多了，导致今年$58k limit剩下的余额已经不够max pre tax $19.5k. 后悔莫及啊，浪费免税额度。请问还有没有办法把after tax转为pre tax?

心疼的应该是公司的match吧，免税额度其实无所谓，只是tax defer而已
