同意这个观点。因为疫苗的稀缺性,英国证明了这个方案的可行性。 美国能大手大脚想打的都能打2针,咱再矫情不打,就对不起那些只打一针的其他国家的人民了。真正帮助世界是早日全民免疫,然后重开经济,提供充分财力,出产更多疫苗帮助世界其他人。

就是免疫力 efficacy 低点啊。
加拿大走英国路线,让尽可能多的人打第一针。英国的第一针比例比美国高很多,第二针比美国低很多,然而英国貌似的确控制住了。所以到底哪个策略对还是要看实战。
