busy mom. 主要坚持16-8, 和low GI 吧。容易坚持。不影响工作和带娃。 16-8, 早餐只吃防弹咖啡。晚餐八点前吃好,少吃点carb 好睡觉。

Week1 4/12 lunch 1pm veggie soup with lots of veggie, and fish/lean pork. diner: little bit of everything. not over eat though. 4 /13 Lunch 12 pm, same as yesterday.'' 不好意思,都没有更新,娃生病,工作也有点忙~~
