I like to do a specific HIIT session only once per week typically and only in the HIIT IT HARD Series did I do it 5 times per week but even then, it was to my maximum effort! And even then, those were 20 minutes per session, that was all I did those 5 days and it was tough! It’s all about the intensity! Not about going through the motions. Ensure you aren’t doing HIIT for the sake of it as sometimes you can give it more if completed less often. Proper high intensity sessions should completely leave you feeling like you can’t give it anymore per set! ”
但是后腰,我生娃前,从后面看,还是有一点腰线的,现在虽然体重下来了,但是后腰仍然没腰线,请教一下后腰的赘肉应该如何减掉。如图所示,理想的后腰如左图所示,但我现在的后腰如右图所示,臀上方两侧有赘肉(红圈所示),从后面看屁股连着腰呈方型。。。是需要继续减脂吗?我跟着做过一阵子针对瘦腰的操,但感觉对着两块赘肉没什么用。。。
我已经拼了老命减了8磅了,自我感觉腰围稍微小了一圈的,难道还要继续减脂下去?
