求助：如何找到做covid测试的cvs clinic的Certificate of Accreditation或者C

下一周必须要飞香港。按照登机要求，1. 需要提供核酸测试阴性的证明，2. Documentary proof。Documentary proof to show that the laboratory or healthcare institution is ISO 15189 accredited。 This can be in the form of a copy of ‘Certificate of Accreditation’, or ‘Certificate of Compliance’。
我准备在家附近的CVS做检测，但是我在网上怎么也找不到cvs clinic 的Certificate of Accreditation’, or ‘Certificate of Compliance’。
求哪位大侠帮我找找，是Michigan的cvs。 多谢了！

请教大侠：有了CLIA ID后，怎么找到诊所的Certificate of Accreditation’, or ‘Certificate of Compliance’呢？香港海关需要我出示cettificate吧？这个CLIA ID能满足“证明诊所符合ISO 15189 的要求”？ 医疗方面实在不懂，望解疑。
