发给政府unaudited financial report如果有错误也没太大关系吧？

政府急要公司数据，如果audited fs要等两个月，一般发unaudited fs有错误问题大么？unaudited fs就等于可能有错误？

这个问题很笼统啊。 你给的资料太少，无法回答你的问题，最好联络你的政府负责人（government contact official。 如果是intentional error 那就是Fraud. 如果是unintentional error 应该问题不大。

記得註明是Unaudited FS，可以跟政府商量一下能不能先给unaudited FS, 等audit 完了再补交。 如果你公司的accounting reporting team is competent enough, and management doesn’t have anything to hide, unaudited FS 也可能没有错误
