The BCI Shanghai office told the Global Times that the BCI's review includes self-assessments, reviews from partners, and reviews from the BCI and third-party review organizations. Only those who passed all these reviews can get the certificate from BCI. "For the past eight years, all partners of BCI in Xinjiang have passed all reviews under the standards of Better Cotton and no forced labor or coercive labor that violated the Better Cotton principles have been found."

I don"t believe that! There must be something wrong somehow! Proof must be found sooner or later! If not, there must be other problems nobody knows! ---

AFAIK, I cannot find today any related news from https://www.buzzfeednews.com/ from front page.
Except something remotely relevant about China here:
A Man Drove His Car Through A Crowd At An Anti–Asian Violence Rally And Yelled “Fuck China” Authorities are looking for the driver, a white man in his fifties, and are investigating the incident as a hate crime.
These Photos Show The US Has A Long History Of Racism Toward Asian Americans Photographer Tōyō Miyatake, who was forced into a camp himself, documented the experiences of Japanese Americans during their World War II incarceration by the US government.

If anyone suggested https://www.buzzfeednews.com/ is not a responsible news source rightly supporting justice and rights Strongly enough (on your own or global standards) , my response then would be ---

imo, I think a country like the US or China alone is not perfect. Perhaps far from that. A country or a man is able to make mistakes, as human nature!
However, we overseas Huarens could be helpful in thinking whatever effective improvements that we possibly can provide individually. Positively and constructutively! I guess.
