if it's an intimate group meeting and you know all the attendees very well, get personal. when people are greeting you by asking how are you doing? you can start the convo by saying 'omg...this past week has been the darkest period since I came to this land.' they should've know what you are talking about if sensitive enough. Then just express your anger, doubts, and sadness etc in words. Tell your feelings from the perspective of Asian American Women, which will be so authentic for people to empathize with. if it's a formal big group meeting, prepare a few simple slides might be easier. You can also get personal with the slides, telling the story of your sole searching process through this tragedy as a Asian American Women. Or you can use some materials straight from online. Be simple, but touching. If you follow #stopasianhate on instagram, you can find a lot of very well spoken narratives to offer some inspiration to express.
