五个小时还好吧，比拖着不去强，尿路感染很少自己会好，吃保健药杀菌不彻底会转成盆腔,肾或者前列腺炎症，必须吃抗生素的。现在拖着不去，下周治疗的就不仅仅是尿路感染了
