no brainer -- 会选这个地方天天住 人家是7层楼40个房间的大房子，紧靠中央公园 能脑补出没有view不能拉开窗帘也是绝了

这个TH一楼大门内是车库，楼里应该有泳池的
我不知道纽约TH怎么搞 但是其他地方现在富豪特别流行在这种TH下面挖地下游泳池 立体车库 还搞个玻璃墙一边喝酒一边欣赏自己的豪车。。。也是一种炫富。。。

是啊，比中央公园风景好的地方多得数不过来，但是由于那些地方没有曼哈顿那么丰富的文化娱乐资源作为配套，荒郊野外的啥也没有，VIEW再好房子也便宜，卖不出好价钱。
我看了看介绍 这个房子卖了之后的钱会支付给受害者 目前看似乎爱泼斯坦这个事情，除了他自己死了，受害者还都活着。 这钱到时候赔给女孩子们，也算是买家做了件好事吧。。。 至于爱泼斯坦的魂咋整，就要看法师的了。。。
