Depends on how many trades executed under your limit. If there were people ahead of you on the Bid, and only a few sellers willing to sell at <$19, then it's possible that by the time you went to the top of the queue, there were no more willing sellers at under $19. If there was a bunch of trades executed below $19 but you still didn't get any shares, then I would call Fidelity and see what's up. I don't use Fidelity, I dunno their system.

大概到10点半的时候，这个limit order终于出现在我的records里面了，但显示下单的时间是10：15左右。我查了一下，这个时候价格已经高于19了，而且之后一直是涨。请问这样我的order就没有excute吗？还是说我的order在10：15分excute了？我看我的order status还是open，而且貌似可以cancel。

多谢解释。我感觉应该是这样的。低于19的价格大概就出现了一两分钟就又上去了。估计我前面很多。
