你是不是把出租的时间和personal use的分配一下就好了，你填写了0,这样系统不会分配了吧。你至少给自己用的时间分配一下14天看看呢。
啊，真的是这样；我把personal use改成30天（买房closing到租出去用了30天），就可以看到depreciate value了。 非常感谢🙏
